During the pulping stage of household paper manufacturing machines, the raw materials are converted into fine pulp required for papermaking through pulping equipment such as pulpers and refiners. The pulp is then introduced into the forming section of the paper machine. Here, the pulp is spread on a moving net or forming fabric to allow water to drain while forming a continuous sheet of paper. This section is crucial in determining the thickness and texture of the final product.
