The coating board paper manufacturing machine starts with preparing the pulp, which can come from both virgin fiber. The quality of the pulp directly affects the final properties of the coated board. The diluted pulp is fed into the headbox, which evenly distributes it on a moving wire mesh. As the water drains away, the pulp forms the base sheet of paper, which is pressed and dried through a series of rollers to remove moisture and achieve the desired thickness and density.
