Recently, good news came from Henan Hongxiang Paper Industry – its new production line (speed 5800/1000m/min) equipped with new pulping equipment from Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery has successfully started up and is now in operation. The successful commissioning of this project marks a new stage in Hongxiang Paper Industry’s production capacity and technological level, and also demonstrates Leizhan Machinery’s comprehensive strength in the field of large-scale paper pulping equipment.

 

Core pulping equipment throughout the line showcases technological strength. The pulping system provided by Leizhan for this project includes an advanced 127m³ D Type Hydrapulper continuous disintegration system, a high-efficiency energy-saving screening system, a precision inflow pressure screen, and a permanent magnet direct-drive system. The complete set of pulping equipment for this project adopts a permanent magnet direct-drive structure, a major highlight. This technology eliminates traditional intermediate transmission links such as belts and gearboxes, directly connecting the motor to the load, offering advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, and reliable operation.
