The production process for craft packaging paper begins with a pulping system. Following pulping, the mixture undergoes washing to eliminate residual chemicals and contaminants. Next, a refiner processes the pulp mechanically to reach the targeted consistency. The refined pulp is subsequently mixed with water and transferred onto a forming wire, where moisture is extracted and the fibers start to interlock. At this stage, the sheet of paper takes shape.
