The first step in the napkin paper making line machine starts with a pulper, where the raw material (usually wood pulp or recycled paper) is mixed with water to form a pulp suspension. This pulp suspension is then fed into napkin paper machine, where it is evenly spread on a wire mesh screen to form a continuous sheet of paper. Finally, various processes such as pressing, drying and calendering are carried out to enhance the strength, thickness and smoothness of the paper.
