From a production process perspective, a complete kitchen paper making production line, starting with pulp preparation, sequentially goes through several stages: flow feeding, wire forming, pressing and dewatering, drying, embossing, and rewinding and slitting. The entire process requires only 2-3 workers on-site. Advanced equipment also features online basis weight detection and thickness control systems, allowing for rapid switching of product specifications based on order requirements: it can produce both standard pull-out kitchen paper and roll-type kitchen hand towels, adapting to different brand product positioning, offering far greater flexibility than traditional general-purpose household paper making machines.
