The kraft liner paper machine has fiber orientation control technology. Through the CFD-optimized internal guide vane of the headbox and the injection speed of 600-800m/min, the longitudinal fiber arrangement degree reaches more than 78%. This directional arrangement increases the longitudinal tensile strength of the finished paper by about 30%. The kraft liner paper machine uses an infrared moisture meter (measurement accuracy ±0.5%) and a pneumatic control valve for linkage control, and the fluctuation range of the drying curve is controlled within ±1.5%. The specially designed spoiler bar device makes the hot air distribution uniformity reach 92%.
