The Chain Conveyor features a steel frame structure with reinforced crossbeams, effectively resisting the torsion and vibrations common in paper mills. For corrosive environments, corrosion-resistant surface treatments (sandblasting, epoxy primer, and polyurethane topcoat) or stainless steel are available as options. Additionally, the Chain Conveyor utilizes hardened heat-treated steel roller chains and matching sprockets, suitable for high-torque, continuous operation. Optional configurations include sealed chains or lifetime lubrication chains to reduce maintenance.

 

The Chain Conveyor offers a variety of power ratings for gearboxes and heavy-duty motors (compliant with IEC/NEC standards). Soft start, variable frequency drive (VFD), and torque-limiting couplings are standard features, protecting the system from overload and providing smooth start/stop for fragile materials. The robust and durable chain system of Chain Conveyor is designed for the high-load, high-abrasion environments of pulp mills.
