The closed paper pulp making machine Heavy Imputity Cleaner operates by utilizing a combination of gravity separation and mechanical screening. As the pulp flows through the cleaner, heavier particles settle out due to gravity while lighter fibers continue on their path. The settled particles are then mechanically separated and removed from the system. Each Heavy Imputity Cleaner is equipped with PVC ball valves at the inlet and outlet and slag discharge port, which facilitates the maintenance of the equipment and adjusts the output during operation.
