Operating Principle Of Drum Screen

When the drum screen is running, the slurry is pushed forward along the equal pitch spiral guide plate of the inner ring of the screen drum. Under the action of gravity, the good slurry and fine impurities pass through the screen holes to the slurry receiving tank; impurities with larger geometric shapes follow the spiral. The plate track is slid to the slag discharge end and discharged. The water spray device sprays water under a certain pressure in a fan-shaped plane to wash away the fibers and diluted pulp attached to the impurities.
