In this cooperation, Guangxi Shuanghua Paper ordered two core equipment, a Double Disc Refiner and a H.C. Hydrapulper. Among them, the first batch of pulpers shipped is one of the core equipment of the specialty paper production line. The Double Disc Refiner adopts advanced grinding disc technology and intelligent control system, which can accurately adjust the fiber processing effect, ensure the uniformity and strength of the pulp, and thus meet the stringent requirements of specialty paper in terms of flexibility and water resistance. At the same time, the complete supply of supporting accessories will help customers achieve rapid installation and commissioning, and minimize the production cycle.

 

At the delivery site on the same day, the Leizhan team conducted the final inspection and packaging of the Refiner to ensure transportation safety. With the smooth delivery of this batch of Refiner, the production line of Guangxi Shuanghua Paper will usher in a key upgrade. We look forward to the installation and commissioning of the Double Disc Refiner as soon as possible and putting it into operation, helping the company to optimize the production process, reduce energy consumption, and improve product competitiveness. In the future, with the subsequent delivery of H.C. Hydrapulper, Shuanghua Paper’s pulping efficiency will be further improved, providing stronger support for the company’s expansion in the specialty paper market.
