Good Performance Broken Pulper in Paper Industry

The Broken Pulper quickly disintegrates dry damaged paper or waste paperboard into fiber suspension through the mechanical action between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stator. The damaged paper enters the Broken Pulper through the conveying system and is initially broken under the strong shearing of the rotor. The fibers are further separated under turbulence and mechanical action to avoid the production of unbroken paper pieces. The broken pulp is discharged through the bottom screen plate, and impurities (such as plastics and metals) are intercepted and separated.
The Broken Pulper has high-efficiency shredding capacity and adopts a multi-blade rotor design. The shredding efficiency is 20%~30% higher than that of traditional equipment, especially suitable for high-dryness broken paper (such as the edge of roll paper). Low energy consumption operation, the power consumption per ton of pulp is 15% lower than the industry standard. Equipped with automatic consistency adjustment and load monitoring, it optimizes the pulping parameters in real time to avoid overload or fiber damage. Broken Pulper can handle a variety of waste paper raw materials such as OCC (waste paper boxes) and mixed office waste paper to meet the production needs of different paper types.
