The pneumatic Grapple is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel and consists of four symmetrically distributed arc-shaped claws to form a closed system. Each claw is optimized by finite element analysis to achieve the best grabbing angle while ensuring structural strength. The pneumatic actuator adopts a double-acting cylinder design, and the unique staggered claw design of the Grapple ensures that a continuous sealing surface is formed when closing, effectively preventing impurities from falling off.
