High-Efficiency Impurity Separation Hydrapurger

The Hydrapurger is specifically designed to operate in conjunction with a Hydrapulper, handling the coarse screening and impurity separation stage immediately following initial slushing. After waste paper is broken down in the pulper, the resulting pulp mixture still contains a wide array of unwanted materials—plastic films, tapes, staples, sand, glass, wax, and other adhesives. The Leizhan Hydrapurger serves as a high-consistency separation unit that efficiently disaggregates fiber bundles while simultaneously extracting both light and heavy rejects from the pulp suspension.
Leizhan’s Hydrapurger operates typically at medium to high consistency (3%–5%). The pulp enters the cylindrical chamber, where a specially engineered rotor generates intense hydraulic shear and centrifugal forces. This action achieves two objectives simultaneously: first, it further defibers any remaining flakes or bundles without damaging the fibers; second, it stratifies impurities based on density. The Leizhan Hydrapurger is widely employed in packaging paper production lines (kraft liner, fluting medium, white-top liner), tissue mills utilizing recycled fiber, and various deinking systems.
Through continuous innovation in rotor hydrodynamics and wear-resistant materials, Leizhan Paper Machinery delivers a Hydrapurger that not only meets the rigorous demands of modern recycled fiber lines but also supports the industry’s broader goals of sustainable, efficient paper production.
