The Russian packaging paper project selected Leizhan’s high-performance pulping equipment, among which Agitators and Refiners are core components and will play a key role in the customer’s production line. The Agitator adopts advanced fluid dynamics design, which can significantly improve the uniformity and conveying efficiency of the pulp; the Refiner can greatly improve the fiber quality of the pulp with its high-precision grinding disc and intelligent control system. In addition, the optimized design of the supporting accessories further enhances the overall operating stability of the pulping equipment, ensuring that customers achieve the goals of high efficiency and energy saving in the production process.

 

At the delivery site, Leizhan’s engineering team conducted a final inspection and packaging of the pulping equipment to ensure that there is no problem during transportation. Each pulping equipment has undergone rigorous factory testing, and all performance indicators have met or exceeded customer requirements. This shipment is not only the delivery of products, but also the fulfillment of Leizhan’s commitment to customers, reflecting the corporate philosophy of “quality first, customer first”. We believe that after arriving in Russia, these pulping equipments will be quickly put into installation and commissioning, helping customers improve production efficiency and create greater economic benefits.
