The pulping machine signed for this project includes two core equipment: Medium-consistency hydrapulper and pulp pump. The Medium-consistency hydrapulper adopts Leizhan’s latest patented technology, which has the characteristics of high disintegration efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable operation, and can effectively improve the quality of pulp; the pulp pump adopts special materials and optimized design to ensure that it can maintain excellent conveying performance under long-term continuous operation conditions. Each pulping machine undergoes 72 hours of uninterrupted testing before leaving the factory to ensure that all performance indicators fully meet the design requirements.

 

During the pulping machine production process, the Leizhan technical team had in-depth exchanges with Sichuan Hefeng Paper many times, and made personalized adjustments to the pulping machine parameters according to the actual production needs of customers. Our engineering team adheres to the craftsman spirit of “keep improving”, from raw material procurement to processing and manufacturing, from assembly and commissioning to factory inspection, every link is strictly controlled. Especially in the final packaging link, we use a shockproof and moisture-proof multi-layer packaging solution to ensure that the pulping machine is foolproof during long-distance transportation.
