Light Impurity Separator Working Process

The bottom rotor uses strong eddy currents to gather light impurities into the center of the air vortex. The reverse disc on top will remove impurities at the lowest pressure point. Then, deflaking takes place between the bottom rotor and the screen plate, and the good pulp is usually returned to the pulper. Finally, under the action of centrifugal force, heavy impurities will enter the conical slag discharge channel on the periphery of the screen plate. Impurities are removed through continuous discharge.
