Unlike low-consistency pulpers used for heavily contaminated wastepaper, the M.C. Hydrapulper is optimized for processing cleaner raw materials like virgin wood pulp (kraft, mechanical, or thermo-mechanical pulp), broke (mill-generated waste), and pre-sorted, high-grade secondary fibers. Its primary function is to efficiently disintegrate and disperse the input material into individual fibers within an aqueous medium, creating a uniform pulp suspension.
