The Hydrapurger is mainly used in the pulp production process to remove impurities such as bark, plastic, metal particles and other foreign matter from raw materials. If these impurities are not effectively removed, they will have a negative impact on the subsequent pulping process and the quality of the finished product. Our Hydrapurger adopts advanced centrifugal separation principles and multiple screening technologies to efficiently separate impurities from pulp.

 

When the Hydrapurger is running, the pulp enters the separation chamber through the feed port. Using the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the impurities are effectively thrown out and discharged through the outlet, ensuring the purity of the pulp. Compared with traditional paper pulping equipment, our Hydrapurger has higher separation efficiency and lower energy consumption, which not only improves production efficiency but also reduces production costs.
