The Disc Disperser operates at a design residence time and shear intensity that maximize dispersion without excessive fiber damage or temperature rise. When needed, integration with dilution water or conditioning chemicals reduces viscosity of hot‑melt contaminants for more effective dispersion. The Disc Disperser is compact and can be installed in whitewater, thick stock or reject lines. Its modular design allows easy access for maintenance and adaptation to different process points.
