In pulping, the Vibrating Screen feeds pulp containing fibers, fine powder, and impurities onto the screen. The vibration of the Vibrating Screen moves the material across the screen surface. Smaller particles pass through the screen openings, while larger particles remain on the screen. Undersized material passes through the screen and proceeds to the next process (e.g., washing or thickening), while oversized material is discharged for reprocessing or disposal.
