The equipment shipped this time includes key pulping equipment such as roller bale opener conveyor, medium-consistency hydrapulper, cleaner, broken pulper, propeller, inflow pressure screen and supporting accessories, which will provide strong technical support for Pakistan’s household paper production. This set of pulping equipment has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency and high degree of automation, which is particularly suitable for the large-scale production needs of household paper.

 

The roller bale opener conveyor is responsible for the unpacking pretreatment of raw materials; the medium-consistency hydrapulper achieves efficient pulping; the cleaner ensures the purity of the pulp; the broken pulper processes recycled paper; the propeller and inflow pressure screen are responsible for the transportation and fine screening of the pulp.
