The Leizhan’s Rope Cutter is equipped with high-precision sensors and a servo motor, which can monitor the position, speed, and tension of the rope in real time, and automatically adjust the cutter head speed and cutting angle to ensure that long strips of debris such as plastic ropes and packing straps are accurately cut into short sections of less than 30cm, avoiding the risk of entanglement. The Rope Cutter offers a dual-mode switching between “shearing” and “impact” for different debris characteristics. Forming a closed-loop system with the Leizhan D-type hydrapulper and Rope Cutter, the cut material goes directly into the sedimentation tank, reducing intermediate transfer links and improving the overall efficiency of the pulping line by approximately 18%.

 

The reliability of Leizhan’s Rope Cutter has been verified in several international benchmark projects: A 200,000-ton recycled paper project in Saudi Arabia: When processing high-impurity waste paper from the Middle East, the Rope Cutter ran continuously for 320 days without failure, successfully intercepting and shredding over 12 tons of debris, ensuring stable operation of the pulping line. A Siberian paper mill in Russia: For extremely cold environments, Leizhan customized low-temperature resistant bearings and heated cutter discs, enabling the Rope Cutter to maintain cutting accuracy even at -30℃, obtaining technical certification from the Russian side.
