Unlike standard flat-belt conveyors, this machine is built to handle the immense weight and density of industrial bales while simultaneously initiating the “opening” process. It often works in tandem with other Leizhan paper pulping equipment, such as the Chain Conveyor (for transport) and the D-type Hydrapulper. The bale wires are usually removed either manually or by an automatic wire cutter before or during the conveyor stage, allowing the “opened” material to fall directly into the pulper vortex.
