Working Principle Of Vibrating Screen

The slurry flows from the slurry box into the screen frame through the slurry inlet pipe, and the slurry and slag sections are separated through the screen plate. The screened slurry enters the slurry tank and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while the undecomposed fiber debris enters the slag removal tank from the end of the screen frame and is discharged.
The vibration of the screen frame is realized by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The vibration damping mechanism is supported by four springs. It has the advantages of simple structure and good performance. The upper part of the screen frame is equipped with a water spray device, which can be adjusted according to the amount used during screening.
